Set user access levels per project.

Updated over a week ago

Project access can be set after creating projects.

To do this, click the Settings icon in the side navigation bar.

Click into the Projects section

Click on the Edit icon to the right of the project name and code

Click into the Users section to edit the access level of the users in a specific project

Workspace Access level always takes priority! If a user has an admin workspace access level, then they will have admin access for all projects.

If a user has an operator workspace access level, then they can be granted elevated editor or admin access to specific projects.

Select the new access level this user will have on a specific project

If you want to restrict a user to ONLY see procedures in projects to which they have been granted access, their workspace access level needs to be set to NONE. A workspace access level of VIEWER will allow the user to view everything in the workspace regardless of project access.
