Organization Settings Page

Org Admins can unlock users, edit session expiration timing, & create new Org Admins.

Org Admins can access the Organization Settings page by clicking the gear icon next to the organization name in the workspace dropdown menu.

SETTINGS

Session Expiration

Org Admins can set the session time limit (in minutes) for every workspace within that organization. This will impact all users.

The users of that workspace will get logged out if they donโ€™t have any activity for that period of time.

Enable Login Disclaimer

A login disclaimer can be enabled so all users will see and acknowledge the text upon logging in to the application. Enable in the Org Settings, so it is applied Organization wide.

Enable Footer Text

Enable this setting to add a footer to the bottom of all workspaces in the organization.

NOTE: You may need to refresh the page for the footer to appear.

USERS

On this screen you can see all of the users in the organization, which workspaces they are in, and if they count towards your paid seat count.

Clicking into a user will show what access levels and Operator Roles are assigned for each workspace.

NOTE: You will not be able to make any changes to workspaces, access levels, or operator roles from this screen.

Add New Org Admin

In addition to being able to view every users email, access level, and role โ€” Org Admins can also grant Org Admin access to other users.

Simply click on the user, change their access level to Org Admin, and click Update User.

Unlock Locked Users

If a user enters the wrong password four times, they'll be locked out of their account for 15 minutes.

All locked users will be found at the bottom of the Organization User page.

Only an Org Admin can unlock a locked user before the 15 minutes is up.

Managing Paid Seats

Organization admins can manage paid seat assignments directly from the Users tab within Organization Settings.

In addition to viewing which users are currently consuming a paid seat, admins can manually assign or remove seats for users across the organization.

When one or more users are selected, the toolbar at the top of the table displays actions to either Assign Seats or Remove Seats depending on the current state of the selected users.

These actions only become available when they are applicable to the selected users.

  • Assign Seats becomes available when selected users do not currently have a paid seat.

  • Remove Seats becomes available when selected users are currently consuming a paid seat.

If a paid seat is removed from a user who still has paid roles assigned, those roles remain assigned but become inactive until the user is assigned a paid seat again.

Users without an active paid seat will display indicators throughout the platform showing that their assigned paid roles require a license before they can be used.

When assigning or removing paid roles from the Settings > Users page within a workspace, Epsilon3 automatically manages available licenses when possible.

If open paid seats are available in the organization, the system will automatically assign one when a paid role is granted.

Likewise, if all paid roles are removed from a user, their paid seat is automatically released back to the organization.

This allows workspace administrators to continue managing user access and role assignments without requiring organization admin permissions for every license-related action.

Organization admins can also monitor overall seat usage directly from the Users tab, including the total number of paid seats currently in use and the number still available within the organization.

Reports

Organization wide user reports can be generated by Org Admins from the Reports tab of the Organization Settings.

The report contains organization wide information about user access and billing status across all workspaces.

Insights

Org Admins can view aggregated insights across multiple workspaces in your organization. Select one or more workspaces from the filters to see combined data.

Anything you can do from the Trends tab in Insights can now be performed across all of your workspaces in the Insights section of the Organization Settings page.

Check out this Insights Guide for more info.
