Easily integrate Slack notifications into your operational workflow and receive real-time notifications from Epsilon3 in your team's Slack workspace.
To install the integration, navigate to Settings > Integrations and then click Install next to the Slack icon.
You will be redirected to a Slack page to grant the necessary permissions to authorize the Epsilon3 Slack app. Once there, select a channel for now (you can customize the channels for individual notifications in notifications settings) and accept permissions.
Please complete the authorization process within 60 seconds (as designed with OAuth standards). If you don’t, you’ll need to restart the installation process.
Note: The app is not yet officially approved by Slack as we are in the process of meeting the requirements. We strictly adhere to our privacy policy. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
The following screen shows that the installation is complete.
Once Slack is installed, you can go to Settings > Notifications and enable Slack DM and channels for different events.
