Dark Reader is a browser extension available on most browsers which allows you to view websites in "Dark Mode" where the website does not have the option included natively.

Install the extension the same way you would install any extension for your chosen browser.
Once installed, you can choose which sites the extension applies to using the site list.
Adding app.epsilon3.io will allow you to view E3 using Dark Mode.
