This setting is for adding/saving addresses for your internal company locations. These addresses can be selected when creating a PO.

Navigate to Settings > General

Click +Add New Address to add additional company locations.

Fill in the info and click save.

In a PO, saved company address will be selectable as shipping address in the drop down.
