You must be an admin to access the Event History.
Download audit reports from the Audit section in Settings to review security activity, login data, user information, pending procedure actions, and procedure records across your workspace.
Click the Settings icon in the left navigation pane.
Click into the Audit section.
Event History
The Event History report generates a .csv file that includes security-related events for your workspace during a selected time period.
In the Event History section, enter an Event Start date and an Event End date, then click Generate Report. After the report is generated, the file will download automatically.

You can also manually enter the date

Event history is sometimes utilized by "Admin" or security to monitor event logs.
Login Activity
The Login Activity report generates a .csv file showing login activity by user during a selected date range.
In the Login Activity section, enter a Start Date and End Date, then click Generate Report. After the report is generated, the file will download automatically.
This report gives admins a complete login history for users in the organization during the selected period, making it easier to review access activity and confirm when users signed in.
User Report
The User Report generates a .csv file that includes billing and security-related information for all users in the workspace.
To download it, click Generate Report in the User Report section. The file will download automatically once it has been created.
This report is useful when you need a workspace-wide view of user records in a single export.
Pending Actions Report
The Pending Actions Report generates a .csv file that includes pending step actions for all currently running procedures in the workspace.
To download it, click Generate Report in the Pending Actions Report section. The file will download automatically once it is ready.
This report is helpful for reviewing outstanding actions that still need attention across active runs.
Procedures Report
The Procedures Report generates an .xlsx file that includes all procedures along with general information about them.
To download it, click Generate Report in the Procedures Report section. The export will download automatically once it has been generated.
This report is useful when you need a broader procedure-level export for review, tracking, or offline analysis.
Recent Reports
The Recent Reports section at the bottom of the page provides a place to review reports that were generated recently.
This makes it easier to keep track of previously created exports without needing to regenerate them immediately.
