Find and Replace in Released Procedures

Use the Replace Content button on the Global Search screen to pull up the find and replace modal.

Enter the Find Text (case sensitive).

The modal will bring up the procedures where that text appears, as well as how many times it appears in each.

Click on the hyperlink to view the matching procedures.

Uncheck any procedures you do not want updated.

Click Replace All to replace all selected text.

The text will be replaced in the DRAFT version of the procedure and will not affect the currently released procedures.

After the Find and Replace is successful, you will be directed to the Procedures list showing all of the procedures that were modified by the bulk edit.

Click Show all procedures to show the full procedures library again.

Use the 3 dot menu in the top right to view the Bulk Replace history.

Click on a line in the Bulk Replace History to view the procedures that were modified.
