Tag Management

Create, edit, delete, and organize Tags that are used across the workspace.

Updated this week

Labelling your builds, tests, and operating procedures within Epsilon3 just got even easier with upgraded tagging capabilities.

Navigate to Settings and then to the Tags management screen.

Here you can view, edit, change status, and delete all of the tags used within the workspace.

Click Add Tag to add a new tag and a modal will appear to fill out the name, select the tag color, and provide a description of the tag that will appear as a tool tip.

Click on the colored circle to select the color of the tag. Click SAVE when complete.

The tag will now appear in the Tags list where you can see Status, Usage in the last 30 days, All Time Usage, and when the tag was created or updated by who.

Click the 3 Dot menu to the left of the tag to Edit or Delete the tag name, description, or color.

Deleting the tag will bring up a warning stating that "Deleting this tag will remove all instances where it is used. Do you still want to delete this tag?"

If you would like to prevent the tag from being added to items going forward, but do not want to remove all existing instances, then edit the tag and change the status.

Search the Tags list or use the vertical 3 dot menu to export the list as a CSV.

Tags can also be created or edited (by clicking the pencil icon when you hover over the tag in the list) when adding the tag somewhere within the workspace.

Hovering over the tag will display the Description as a tool tip.
